Actually yes there is because I found out recently that she did the same thing last year. The girl ended up by getting it but very late!!

Ladies I am not letting this go without defending myself the first ornament I sent her was a lenox ornament I ordered in early december it was the two hearts one love ornament with their names and their wedding date on it. I got confirmation delivery from LENOX that it was delivered via UPS and that no signature was required. I then ordered her another ornament from disney since lenox told me that they would not send out another one because they had confirmation of delivery. I am not inconsiderate I am not a mean hearted person. I have spent close to $60.00 trying to send this girl an ornament. I was not trying to avoid the topic and was trying on my end. I spent alot of time and money on this it makes me feel horrible and I am not a mean hearted person at all. Originally she shoul d have had the lenox ornament on 12/21/10. I was not trying to avoid anything. I am sorry and feel horrible that NONE of my attempts have worked.

The easiest way to settle this is for the person who purchased the ornaments to foward her order confirmations to the person running the swap. This way it confirms to all parties that no one is lying about anything.
