My mom and dad are closing on the new house they built today!!! Here are some pics from a few weeks ago. the house is fully finished now and landscaped and everything. They have the movers comming tomorrow! I can't wait to see it in 2 weeks!
ETA: This is like super crazy for me cus my parents lived in their old house since I was a baby so its going to feel very weird when I go visit them somewhere new! But in a good way!
Wow that house is HUGE!!! Congrats to your parents I am sure they deserve it

thanks ladies! Im so excited to see it! Its in the same town where I grew up and their old house was. Its in Scarborough Maine- a few minutes outside Portland. Its in a new development. They didn't really downsize by much- its more of an investment for them. They went from 4-5 bdrooms to 3 bedrooms and a large office over the garage, so I think its actually larger sq. ft. than the old house. LOL. But my mom is having fun decorating!!
