nose ring

nose ring

i really want to get a small diamond studd.....my parents are very unhappy (not that i really care...lol).

what do you think?

do you work in a company that would be cool with that- the culture in my company would not be ok with that- they are not very modern and it would affect my job.

I just wanted to point that out in case it was an issue.

I have always loved the way nose rings look but never got one...if you want one why not?
ETA: I couldnt do it with my job anyway

I had it when I was a teenager. As far as parents, well mine didnt like it when i got it, i was 15 but still did it lol. Never wore it around my dad though haha.

I dont have it anymore, havent worn it in years and closed. If its what you really want then go for it

I also have always loved they way they look. If I didn't have so many nose issues, I would've done it a while ago. I think they are cute, and if your job allows it, why not :)

you can take it out just so you know. I used to have to do it all the time. Get it when you have a few days off of work though so you keep it in for the first 3 days or so. But i had to do it constantly and was fine.

i had a tounge ring back in college, but i don't want to deal with that again.

what happens when you have a cold, do boogies get stuck? sorry, had to ask!!!

I, personally, don't really like nose rings. But don't go by ME, because I'm the type that doesn't like ANY piercings besides ears. I'm just not a fan. Small diamonds on the face always seem to look like pimples to me from far away, until I see it sparkle. lol. Yeah, I'm weird!!!
But like I said - that's just ME! I only got my ears pierced like a year ago. lol. How sad

Do what you think would look best. If you've been wanting to get it done for a while, maybe now's the time to go for it, no matter what anybody else says. You're beautiful, I'm sure whatever you do will look AWESOME on you!!

My sis has one and had swollen adnoids - she was always stuffy and never had a problem. She could blow her nose, pick it, whatever - she had no problem. She has a small pink stud.

I had one and lovvved it! But I went and bougt the tiniest diamond possible bc I didnt like the one they put in. Just do it. My parents werent happy either (with any piercings) but they got over it. Plus u can always take it out!

yeah i never had a problem either, i know everyone thinks it will cause a problem but it really doesnt.

lol, thanks! that's the only reason i was concerned....i wan't sure if you'd have to take it out with a cold or allergies
