Now that's its all over, what would you have SPLURGED on if you had extra $$$$

for me, DEFINITELY adding an extra hour to the reception......I think you spend so much time beforehand making sure everything will look nice and go well, you don't think about actually having time to ENJOY it on your wedding day......I would kill to go back in time and pay for an extra hour!!!

how bout you ladies? if someone handed you an extra thousand or two, what would you have used it for?

I would have had a DOC. This way, hopefully my church problems wouldn't have happened. Helen, where you happy with your DOC?

I also would have had a chocolate fountain.

Nothing really - I loved everything. I origanlly wanted an extra hour and didn't do it. I'm actually glad I didn't do it, we were exhausted by the end of the day and I don't think I would have made it another hour!

There is nothing that I would have splurged on...BUT I definitely would have taken pics before the wedding!! Without a doubt!! I wish there were more pics with the family, BP and us that I would have liked to take.

I like that one!! ME TOO!! And I would've gotten a steel drum band for the CH. And maybe another 15 dozen butterflies to add to the 8 we already had!

Probably a second weddign photographer or gone with someone liek Blue Daisy because I like our pics but not in love with them as I am with some of the pics other brides took with priceier packages.

I have to say that I honestyly had everything I had ever wanted at my wedding. There really is nothing I would have added but if it were up to DH he probably would say a cigar roller.

Maybe a photo booth. But I actually splurged for my wedding. My original budget was 18k. I wont even tell you what I ended up at

I would have loved to add an extra hour to our reception to we tried but our venue said it was not possible! but I do regret not having a second photographer... I don't have my proofs yet but I have a gutt feeling i am not going to be happy not enough pics...

Me too! We are definitely missing alot of shots I would have loved to have.....

That, and I would have invited some more people.

I looooooooved my wedding though - it was an amazing day!!

Extra time would have been great! Other than that, I already splurged on everything (as someone said in the other post- def should have set a budget), I cant even imagine it being more ridiculous

If money were not an issue, I would have totally splurged on another dress. A Vera Wang that I saw in Martha Stewart Weddings long after I got my gown. I actually saw it about 3 weeks before my wedding and contimplated blowing the rest of my saved money on this one dress. I'll try and find a picture to show......

I also would have gotten some kind of wedding planner. I was so stressed out! And, had NO help.
Although I have to say, I think I did a damn good job.

And FINALLY,,,,,I would have added another week onto our honeymoon. I'm not complaining about the glorious 7 days we had, but if money were not an issue....I definitely would have made it longer!

I would have splurged on a better wedding video package and photo package....(I hate my pictures and video) ...also wish I would have splurged on a better reception hall....

nothing for the wedding or reception..... I already splurged on a photographer, cake, and my favorite florist.....

I probably would have splurged on the parties before and after the wedding..... had them catered by gourmet caterers and had servers.... becuase I was wiped out by the effort to keep everyone fed and happy for 3 days!
