**NWQOTD 02.7.11**

Good Morning Ladies!!

Thank you CarolAnn!! Hope my questions aren't too terrible.

I was watching one of my DVR shows last night after the Packers beat the Steelers of course and the couple was kissing, I could see their tongues wiggling around in each others mouths at times.

soo...

My first question of the day is what is your take on PDA?

What do you think is too much? What is the worst you've seen? What are you and DH comfortable doing in public?

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

HATE it... im not comfortable with it in public at all... a kiss on the lips goodbye is about as far as i will go...

anything involving tongue bothers me...

ETA: holding hands or hugging etc, doesnt bother me at all...

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

When I was in HS I am pretty sure I had no problem making out in front of people. Now I am a prude in front of people, DH and I rarely kiss on the mouth in front of people. mostly on the top of the head or forehead when we are out. DH and I are hand holders though. We hold hands when we walk sometimes when we watch movies (until someones hand gets sweaty)

The worst PDA I've seen was two of my friends dry humping outside of Fridays after we ate dinner. Well that and people having sex one the couch at a club but I don't know if that was affection I think it a drunk girl and two guys tag teaming her

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

I wish DH would acknowledge me in public without me hinting to him. I'm not talking about anything extremely raunchy, but like, the day of our wedding, people wanted us to kiss, and he'd be so shy about it.

My DH asked if we could slap hands after the ceremony and then kiss later.

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

I'm ok with mild PDA's... hand holding, light kissing etc..

but when it gets 'get a room' crazy, it makes me very uncomfortable. I just believe there is a time and a place for everything... Its OK to show affection, but some things should be kept behind closed doors!

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

We're comfortable with little kisses here and there...no raunchy make-outs.

Obviously holding hands or an arm around each other is fine.

I don't really care if others are making out around me. I just don't feel comfortable doing it. I guess going 'too far' is when I saw people having sex in the middle of Woodstock. That's the only thing I can really think of that made me go for a second...and then I cheered them on.

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

I am not a huge PDA person, but I am not shy or against it. I think if we are in a bar and you give a b j than that is a bit much....

When I was a bartender, I saw people smashing on a semi-regular basis. The things alcohol can make you do

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

About a week or so ago, I saw a skanky girl making out/rubbing up on her bf in a nice Manhattan lounge. THAT was gross. My friend was the cocktail waitress, so I yelled over to her (so the couple could possibly hear) and said, 'I THOUGHT THIS WAS A CLASSY PLACE!'

That's too much.

DH and I give each other little kisses in public, nothing crazier. I know it's gross for people to watch others suck face, so I won't be one of those people.

Not a fan. DH only gets PDA-y when he's drunk.

DH & I are always touching one another or stealing kisses so I am very okay with PDA.
It is really a personal preference ,I think.

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

I'm ok with some form of PDA. DH and I hold hands, hugs, lean on each other or sit close to each other in a booth (not when we're the only ones though, pet peeve is to have a booth with just us and sit next to each other, I like him across from him). I HATE when I see people full on making out!!! A little peck is ok but making out is gross!

we dont mind it. a peck on the lips- not an all out drool fest. DH loves to grab my azz in public, especially when my family is around so I put the kibash on that

Re: **NWQOTD 02.7.11**

We usually keep thr PDA to an appropriate level - hand holding, quick kisses, maybea quick booty pinch...

But one night, DH and I got WASTED at a wine bar with a bunch of friends while we were engaged and we ended up going to another bar afterwards.

apparently we went making out wildly and when we 'came up for air,' one of of his friends GF's said to us 'OMG that is SO SWEET you guys are engaged and you can't keep your hands off one another i LOVE it!!!' For whatever reason, this girl thought it was the cutest thing that we were making out like high schooler kids...

p.s. the post drunken PDA hangover was the worst. ever.
