It's not so much the pictures, but the story behind it:



As some of you know, my father passed away early on in our engagement. During what should have been the father-daughter dance, I danced with my mother (as shown), and a photo montage of my father (with me) played on the flat screens. But, surprise, surprise, my photographer failed to catch this!

The first thing is My MOH and SIL made us a home-made broom so we could jump the broom which is an african american tradition. They stayed up for 2 days to do this and I thought it was amazing! The second unique thing was the MOHs, BMs and Junior BMs each had a different hair piece in their hair. Thought that was pretty cool

I have 2 unique details:

1)We did a family commitment sand ceremony:





2) I was lucky enough to have 3 grandparents celebrating with us - 1 Grandma is 100! And my other 2 grandparents are 90!

Can you believe she's 100?
