so i was at my nephews first bday party 2 weeks ago, when my SIL's friend comes up to me (she did my invitations and programs for my wedding)
and she goes 'OMG i forgot to tell you!! I know the girl who took your cake!!!!'
i was like holy wow! shut up!
she said the couple who took our cake is friends with her friends and they were all hanging out one night and some how the topic of how they got married at the venetian yacht club and they messed up her cake and she was like wait i know that story...and it turns out they were the ones who had our cake! and they were going on the mix up was cuz they had the same colors blah blah blah! it was displayed the whole time! they could have said something!!!
anywho i have her on the hunt to get me a picture of it!! hopefully i can see what it looked like!
altho im prob better off not knowing cuz ill just be sad when i see how pretty it was!!!!!!
but what a small world!!!

Actually... at my wedding...when they brought me to see the room... they ALSO brought me to the cake to see that as well. Did they not do that for her????

Yeah we could swap cake tops!! i have her cake top even tho we didnt even use her cake for our reception! we had the fake cake that somewhat looked like our cake, but since we couldnt eat cardboard for our anniversary they gave us her top!
