Re: Passport Question

I'm sure either your marriage license or your new drivers license. Does anyone know where you would go to change that?

Here's a link to the passport website - it tells you exactly what you need to do:

Re: Passport Question

Did anybody check the box to extend the validity of your passport while changing your name on the DS19 form? Does this delay the process? Mine is still good for 5 more years, but I figured if its free this way and it doesn't delay the process I may as well check that box. TIA!
