good thing is whenever they came to deliver oil during the winter months it was always under $3.39
last year we had such a huge credit because of the budget plan we didnt pay a bill for 3months.
when we renewed the started billing us $100 less per month.
i like the budget plan because you pay the same amount every month. no surprises. but thats just me
yeah im def going to do a budget i think!
We have a similar plan with Meenan. We did the budget for a year but I now we switched to paying as it comes. I guess it doesn't make much difference, I just didn't like getting bills when we had no balance. My parents do COD and get pretty good prices. But, I'd rather not have to worry about it. Also, I'm not sure who would have come in the middle of the night for us when our heat wasn't working if we didn't have a contract!
