Hi girls, This is my first post as a newlywed. THings have been great, wedding went smoothly, honeymoon-awesome...what could go wrong...my pics are horrible. I have NO, I mean NO pictures from my reception. My photographer was MIA for like most of it. I have 30 proofs of just posed shots of my immediate family- i had 200 people at the wedding. I am soo upset. My question for you guys is how many proofs did you get? I have 300 for a time period of 4pm - 1am. I meet with them tomorrow and feel like crying. the day is lost and i'm miserable. Thanks for you help.
Heygirls, I met with the manager today and he didn't argue that my pictures weren't what we were promised. We have to speak with the owner next week about monetary compensation. The manager said they may be able to take stills from the video...i hope they get good shots from that...that would be somewhat satisfying. Thanks for all of your support girls, the manager was very sympathetic, so hopefully things go well with the owner next week and we can get at least some shots of our reception, and money back. I'll be updating again...hope you all are doing well!

I liked the advice of the person on '05. Double check your contract to see how many proofs you were supposed to get. Also, bring a notebook that lists the Better Business Bureau information so they know you mean business!! I am sorry this happened to you
None of the quotes i got ever stated the number of proofs you are to get... They said how much they generally shoot but i didn't think they actually write it in the contracts

sorry to hear about your situation.. although it sounds vaguely familiar..I used Proline too.. wasnt a happy camper..had to rip $hit up with them after my wedding. I also had to meet with the owner who tried his hardest to throw in as much for free as possible. I was able to put together an album from the lousy proofs I got, but I still hate my pics. And let me just say they didnt come cheap. The video came out great that i will say. But after almost a year of being married, I'm over my wedding now and dont even look at the pics anymore. Shame...
