We spent the first few days on Oahu visiting a friend, getting some sun and doing some kiteboarding.

Then we moved on to Kauai, which was just fabulous. We had an amazing view from our condo in Princeville. Spent 3 days there before moving on to the Hyatt. Definitely liked the North Shore better for the lush green scenery, but the hyatt pools were tons of fun.

We extended our time on Kauai, and ended up there for 6 days (rather than returning to Oahu). We did the first 4 miles of the Na Pali coast hike, swam in the Wailea waterfalls, swam into the blue room cave (which wasn't so blue, but was stilll an adventure), did another hike to a waterfall, went scuba diving, snorkeled, and did plenty of relaxing at pools & beaches.

yes Claud, I should have put 'Bali Hai' though it felt so exotic we could have been in tahiti!

for the last two days on Kauai, our friend Mark joined us (rather than us going back to Oahu to see him again) so he took some pictures of us together - otherwise we'd use the timer feature or ask willing strangers.
