is it possible for you to go down there in person and talk to them? it's much harder to ignore someone who's standing right in front of you. good luck with things.

What a terrible thing to have happen on your wedding day - or any day for that matter. I'm sorry.

The first thing I would do is send a certified letter detailing everything - re-tell your story, what time the night ended, how you were contracted until 1:30, and how you were told you would be reimbursed if the extra people did not show up. I think you need to have written documentation of your attempt to contact your hall and rectify the issue. Clearly, phone calls aren't getting you any where.

Also, in your letter, say that unless you hear from them by ____ you will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
