Her brother is the Nassau officer that was severely injured by the drunk driver on the LIE this morning.

I just spoke with her - they are standing by at the hospital praying for hope. I told her we're all here to help if there's anything they need.

At this time, all she asks is that we please pray - they are counting on every ounce of prayer for her brother's life.

Her brother is a wonderful man - a wonderful Dad. His poor 6 yr old son...

Dani I read your update. Your brother and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!! My DH and I wish him a healthy recovery! I think its wonderful how strong you seem to be in this horribly tough situation!
