do you still follow the same routines with your e-ring that you did when you first got engaged?

for example, if you used to take it off when you went to sleep, do you still do that?

I still do the same with my rings (i don't sleep or shower with them .... no doing dishes with them either unless it's just one cup or something)

when I told MIL that i don't wear my rings 24/7 she was in shock ... she said that SHE wears hers all the time and she couldn't fathom why i wouldn't do the same ... so apparently, the fact that i take my rings off at times means i'm a horrible horrible person / woman / wife

by that logic, you're the best bride ever!

Ahh I love backwards logic, but really I'm just lazy! Haha, but thank you! This made me smile!

I never wear my rings in the house (nor have I ever)..I can't imagine wearing them while cleaning the bathroom or cooking..they would get so dirty all the time!

I treat my e-ring the same today as I did the day DH gave it to me. I am extremely careful with it. As soon as I am home, it goes back it its original box. Do not sleep with it on or wash dishes with it on. Took it off before I shower & I do not clean the apartment with it on.
Despite the fact that it is insured I would die if anything happened to it.
