hi girls where did you go to clean and preserve your gowns. I still need to find a place and i dont want to spend too much money

Im going to bring my dress down to the dry cleaner I go to. They want I think 250 and half down when you drop it off. I dont know if this is the normal cost but I dont know how comfortable I am with sending my dress out.
My aunt (years ago) had her dress custom made and when she recently opened the box for her daughters wedding found that it wasnt her dress...and now Im scared

omg that is horrible! well nowadays luckily, they make clear top boxes so that you can see your gown.
i paid $268. i think i went to the wedding gown preservation company. it was through my bridal gown shop.

I'm going to the dry cleaners by my apartment! They're the cheapest I've found arount town- $180!

My mom took mine to the local cleaners. Most of them send it out anyway. HTH
