So at this point you've all seen a bunch of mine! Many thanks for the sweet comments!

Question is this....proofs are unedited/untouched, right?? So what happens now? We start to pick our faves for editing and our album? When are they 'touched up'??

im pretty sure proofs are the edited pictures...

i never saw an unedited pics

okay awesome...our photog experience continues to be in uncharted territory!!

I was told we can pick 100 pics (of the 1400) to be edited and put onto a high-res dvd. The reason I asked about whether or not they were edited is that in some close-ups you can see its a natural complexion and in others the cropping is totally obviously 'un-cropped'....like the picture could be awesome if the margins were fixed. Guess I gotta call and clarify what we're working with here...

Hmm not sure about your photog but our proofs were the edited photos. We got a CD with unedited photos.

yeah id def call... i just assumed proofs were the final product...
