Shamma- nope, I guess I didn't get them all- and I'm getting them peace meal??? Why I didn't get them all at once, you're guess is as good as mine.
MK did say- let me see them first, they're not the best shots of me and Mom and if I still wanted to do the reshoot, the offer still stands. So, I'll look at them- I've got patience. I'm just glad they were found.

Did you get all your high speed film?

(High speed film takes longer to develop than std film so that is why MK gives you most of the proofs right away and you have to wait for the others.)

I wish I can see more of your proofs, although i know YOU are the one that's unhappy so no matter what we think, it won't help.

Can I ask how many proofs you got?

who was your photographer? I was very happy w/ mine but they did miss a few I asked for
for example there were tons of me, mom and sis and dad

NONE Of me dad and sis or Me , mom and sis
NOW I KNOW we took of me , mom and sis
so I called to ask........


turns out, they all came out too dark or where bad pics, they checked their box and then gave them to me but they couldnt be used
if I pic comes out too dark or is a bad picture they dont always give it to you. But the one of me dad and sis they just never took any

Hey! I'm starting to feel better about them.
At first they told me I only had 750 proofs- disappointing since they guarantee at least 1000. I wanted that, but they've found some more that are on the way, so I'll have to see when I get them.

I'm going to scan some more tonight to show you guys. I do love some of the one's I have- disappointed that they're mostly from the waist up though- but they are nice pictures.

I just don't have one that I would want an 11 by 16 - or whatever to hang on the wall.... does that make any sense?

Although I could pick out a few of what I've seen that would look beautiful in a portrait! We are ALWAYS our own worst critics!

If you have your friends negatives to the pictures you like, there is no reason you cannot use those in your album. That is what I have to do with my album. Your friend got some great shots!

You looked GORGEOUS in your pics!!! (and you did your own make-up? wow! you looked amazing)

I'm sorry to hear about your pic's....that stinks, and no one can change you being disappointed over that...
Hopefully the photographer will make up for the loss!

Stef is right about the high-speed film. It can take almost an extra 2 weeks to get that back. Or a roll could have even been mislabeled- I am sure that happens every now and then with so much film going back and forth to studios and labs.

I hope the new photos are exactly what you have hoped for.

I bet you have some great enlargement photos- try to think a tad outside the box in terms of what would look great hung up. I didn't do any traditional shots in my home. They are all candids so I bet you have some perfect ones in there. You just need time to look at them in a new light.
