After we got engaged I joined WW because I didn't want to be the weight I was for the wedding and decided to finally get healthy and lose it for good. When I lost the weight and became lifetime member, I decided to become an employee of WW as a motivator to keep my weight off, because you have to submit a weight slip monthly and maintain your weight to keep your job. Its hard now that I don't have the wedding as a big motivator, but keeping the only job I have right now-its definitely a big motivator

Is that even legal??? I mean, I get that it's technically part of the job description to be healthy and whatnot, but that just seems a bit fascist to me lol.

For them it is, because the whole thing is how can you give helpful and useful information to members and not be within your own weight goals. And the same goes for the leaders. Its also a motivator for you to stay on track. Its not like they fire you once you go over your goal, you do have a bit of a range that you can go over and then they give you a time frame to get back to your goal and work with you.
