I am not trying to be fresh here, but this has always puzzled me about men especially that are so fat that I cannot see their weeners, just the fat on their lap. Anyone???

I almost spity my water all over my desk with that one Shamma!! LOL!!!

But - I have to admit - I have wondered the same thing and don't think intercourse for people that obese is physically possible???

Re: QOTD2: Do you think weight plays a big role in your 'intimate' relationship.

I think that as a whole your appearance and how you look, weight, etc.. . affects your vision of Yourself before it affects your hubby (in my case anyway)

DH responds the same now when I'm 20 pound heavier than when he met me as he did then.
He is heavier too, and I still feel he is the sexiest man alive.

I think I am my worst critic so I notice every single little extra pound.
But I don't let that stop me doing things like wearing lingerie and getting intimate
I'll be in the mirror totally disgusted with myself and he'll pass by and comment how sexy I look, so we don't let these things get in our way when it's time for action

I think if the weight affects the intimacy, then that's not the only thing you have to worry about IMO.

Re: QOTD2: Do you think weight plays a big role in your 'intimate' relationship.

It does baffle me also - but I'm glad they can find a way. Its something for everyone to enjoy no matter what they weigh.

Still don't know how they do it though.

Shamma - the minimizer comment is hysterical. Don't think I haven't tried it under my dresses.............doesn't work - I can't breathe with it on

OK - I'll bite
I don't know how it's done either - but I tell you this. Where there is a will, there is indeed a way

My girlfriend is an OB nurse and she told me these obese women do have very active sex lives and give birth all the time

The women I can see, but not the men

Wacky, that is Liz's problem not mine

Lori, my aunt wore one to my wedding and girl she could not breathe, she had to go to the ladies room and take it off

Re: QOTD2: Do you think weight plays a big role in your 'intimate' relationship.

WOW, I am really amazed at these answers. Maybe my friends were right. I do think it is 'physically' possible for obese people to be intimate. How they do it and how imaginative they get is probably limited but for sure that they are able to. I am far from thin and I do not find it to be a hindrance but then again I've never been thin so i don't know if that would 'accelerate' my inginuity.

I think if you are attracted to someone- then you are attracted to someone- I think attraction superceeds the physical- it's something that really cannot be explained...

wow- that doesn't make sense.

Re: QOTD2: Do you think weight plays a big role in your 'intimate' relationship.

From strictly my own personal experience, I voted Yes. Weight plays a role in my intimate relationship, but only because of how I feel about MYSELF if I have put on a few extra pounds. I feel less secure and comfortable about my body, which makes me feel less sexy in general. It definitely has an effect on how I feel and behave.

Re: QOTD2: Do you think weight plays a big role in your 'intimate' relationship.

Both me and FH are chubby. I know that I have to loose some weight but damn it is so hard and girls I move all day long! With out eating I might add! However, FH and I have a really good intimate life. Now, if only time permitted more! That is our big problem!
