Question about stopping BCP - maybe TMI? UPDATE ON SECOND PAGE

OK BEFORE you get excited, let me first state that I only started BCP in August because I had quit smoking and COULD, but it didn't agree with me (after trying multiple different ones) so I am stopping. So NO, we are not TTC.

OK.

So I was only on the pill since August and I would have started my next pack this past Sunday, but didn't because I just haven't felt 'normal' and didn't like how I felt.

At the beginning of last week my boobs have been SO FREAKING SORE ... to the point where when I am home I have to wear tanks with built in bras because I can't have them moving around too much. It suckss but I figured since I was due for AF on Thursday it would go away.

Well, AF skipped town yesterday and still my boobs are SO swollen and sore. Is my body readjusting to not being on the pill or something? Can anyone relate? Should I call my GYN?

I stopped at the end of Dec.. I got my period on Jan 1st. AF should have shown her ugly face on Jan. 28th.....Im still waiting!

All this cr@p makes me wish i had never been on the pill......................and I was on it for 10 years!

Well, 'luckily' I was a dirty dirty smoker. That, combined with out of control hypochondria and clotting risks associated with BCP and smoking, kept me off the pill until August. But it never agreed with me and I never found a med that worked for me, so I figured there's really no reason to be on it now anyway since we are going to TTC sometime in the near future anyway!

lets put it this way...

when i went off, I felt like a teenager again! my body was all out of whack! about 3 months later I felt like my old self again.
