Random Question
Happy 4th everyone! I'm sure no one will read this until tomorrow
, but I am curious about something. If you or your DH have one sibling, did you specifically ask them to be your MOH/his Best Man...or did you/your DH just assume that they would know? I'll fill you in on the background info later!

Re: Random Question
I have one sister and it was always pretty much known that she would be my MOH and I would be hers. I don't think either of us asked the other, we just said- you know you're the MOH right?

Re: Random Question
DH has 1 sister (brother passed away) his sister was not in the wedding but we asked her to do a reading. This is also because she is quite a few years older than DH.My sister passed as well but if she was alive I would have just told her she was my MOH

Re: Random Question
DH has two sisters, and when his one got married last year, the other was the MOH. It was definitely assumed, and my unmarried SIL has already said that her sis will be her MOH. I think they've known all along that they would have each other.

Re: Random Question
I have one sister...I knew she would be my MOH - so on the night we got engaged I asked her to be my MOH. She probably guessed that she woudl be it but there's nothing like asking someone to be one of the most important people on your big day.
