rant rant rant

so someone of you may recall that our proofs are being shipped to us in order to save on sales tax for the entire photo contract (we live in jersey now).

anywho - they promised us they would ship last week via 2 day express shipping. well, after the pics were a NO SHOW I decided to call and it turns out 'OOOOPPPSS - they're still sitting in our studio.' Ya. OPPPPPSSS. They tried to blame it on the Tues night snowstorm...but what about wed and thurs and fri and sat? and what about a phone call?
