The cold air is here and my skin gets so dry during the winter months...I also have sensitive skin...Ive been using Oil of Olay but my skin still gets dry after a few hours. TIA !!

in the winter i use vanishing creme moisturizer from Lush. it's awesome and all homemade!!!!
I use the Aveeno one. Its really light so you dont feel like your face has anything on it. Its great specially if you have sensitive skin.

I use Aveda too, but not the senstive skin set, I use the hydrating lotion and gel cleanser.

I have very bad dry scaly skin and the only thing that helps is Avon Moisture Therapy. Ive been using that lotion for about 10 years now.
I use Oil of Olay for sensitive skin on my face

I have crazy sensitive skin and I use Clinique 3 step... Step 1-extra mild face wash Step 2-Mild clarifying lotion Step 3-Moisturizer-Very Dry to Dry skin. This is the only system that actually works for me and my face isn't dry halfway thru the day and my face is clear. I've found that even though they say to do the 3 step twice a day, I only do it once a day...usually at night. Otherwise my face is really dry all day long. Here is the questionnaire to figure out which type you are:
Its going to sound crazy but I use Johnsons Baby Lotion (the pink bottle) on my face during the winter and havent had a problem with dry skin since I switched.

cetophil - works great and i have really sensitive skin.
i also find that olive oil works really well for really dry spots and dry lips if you put it on before you go to bed at night.

I've been using Cetaphil for years. It is light, absorbs wonderfully, is great for sensitive skin and is affordable! You can get it at CVS, Target, etc.
