I heard that yesterday and couldn't believe it. You ladies are right, $$ doesn't buy self-worth...she should use some of that $$ to get her head examined

Re: Rihanna

This doesn't apply to all young woman so please anyone who is young don't take offense. But I think alot of it has to do with the fact that she just turned 21, she is young and foolish right now. One day years from now she will look back and think to herself '*** WAS I THINKING'

Are you serious? Then she probably deserves it!

I wouldn't go THAT far -- I think to imply that any woman deserves to be beaten is VERY HARSH - and just wrong.

Re: Rihanna

She may be a celebrity but she is still a woman. And majority of the time abused women go back. Im not surprised.

She doesnt deserve it but she definitely has no right to cry about it if it happens again. She lost the sympathy card.

Denise I agree but there are also grown a$$ women who put up with this and continue to go back even if kids are involved. Any woman who goes back has no self-worth. Its sad.

yeah it is very true, there are women in their 30's, 40's and older who deal with it. Im hoping with her, its her age and doesn't know better and alot of young women that age are not sure of themselves, confidence issues so i hope as she gets older she wises up. I don't know what she is thinking, someone who goes that far has serious issues and i doubt it was the first time or the last
