Shopping Help for a Unique Baby Gift

I know alot of you are good at finding cool things online. So i'm trying to look for a unique baby gift for my niece who is having her first baby (a girl) this July. I want something that no one has ever seen before or something no one would think to get. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks!

Etsy.com has a lot of cute ideas as far as clothes, hats and headbands go!

For my friend's shower I made a clothes line, it was 12 outfits - 1 for each month of the baby's first year.

Another good idea would be to get her a gift certificate for newborn portraits.

I had a baby hanger made with my cousin's soon-to-be baby's name... the way many ladies had wedding dress hangers made with their new last names.

And we put a family christening gown on it, since it will be past along to all of the babies in the family.

It wasn't the only gift, but I thought it was a creative way to incorporate something special.

I actually love this idea! It hink its really cute and something that will become a keepsake.
Not to say that the clothes line with baby clothes isn't cute, but I have seen that done a hundred times already and you said you wanted something unique.

Also, how about creating a Channa plaque with the baby's stats on there? you can write down how much she weighed, her birthdate, her length...that sort of thing.
