Snow Day

Morning Gals!
What's everyone doing on this snowy day???

I have been up for ever mentality preparing myself to do laundry but it's just so cold out.

well after weeks of looking for mario kart, dh looked online and ordered it from a bestbuy online and did store pick up, so we are going to LI to pick up today on the way back we'll do food shopping and other errands we have. But then tonight since its snowing i want to stay in, dont want to drive anywhere so i think we'll make food, have a few drinks and play mario kart lol and maybe other games too.

I have to do laundry, too - I will get started on that when DH wakes up

I really want to make it to the gym today!!

Ditto DH is also sleeping. He's 'sick' bc he knows its the dreaded Laundry Day.

i know i cant go online at all from work , we cant even use the phone for any personal reasons at all, its crazy and not even bc of that but so many other things lol. It s*cks too bc ive been getting home between 7-8pm and i have to be in at 8am, so by the time i get home, i have such a short period of time and will cook dinner or just relax and go to bed lol. Luckily last night when i got home dh was cooking dinner.

oh with these ppl its impossible lol. Im in the old office managers office, and the desk was piled with so many things i couldnt see the desk so i had to file these things away bc i couldnt stay like that lol. Well what i found is that nobody stays lol, everybody quites after a few short months, i even saw letters of resignation after a few days lol. The longest i saw was about 6-7 months. Even now all the employee's besides the owner and this one lady who is in charge of mostly everything, but everyone else is there less than a month lol. I wont get into all the details lol but when i was telling others they cant believe some of the things.

its your bday? HAPPY BIRTHDAY awwww you can still do something, ive gone out when its snowing bad out and had a great time. ALot of local bars and stuff like that are always fun now, ive had the best times going out to a local place during a snow storm. Our first date was during a huge snow storm, well it was the day after and it had snowed ALOT, but luckily i had a truck then so i was able to drive, we went to a local place and had such a great time, and ive done it other times too. If its walking distance then even better lol

Aww thanks Denise DH is working and then we will try and make it out for some sushi - nice place we like nearby. I totally agree w/ having fun when things are dead because of the weather! We were just out to Seneca Lake to visit the wineries the weekend before Christmas. They got almost a foot out there and we were the only idiots out and about on the wine trail. We had all the wineries to ourselves it was great!!! Just a little bummed about this weekend b/c I had friends coming in from OOT to spend the weekend. We rescheduled, just have to have a belated bday party!

I think these weather people get paid more if they are wrong The forecast is now saying little or no snow accumulations. Maybe 2 inches.

I looooove the snow -- but today I was hoping for only a little because of the bach party. it's snowing a lot but not much is accumulating. it's pretty.

I am going to return some bottles at the beer dist - we haven't done it in months and the freakin pile on the porch looked like we were complete lushes. i have to get a PPD test too at the doc ... and I have laundry going as well. i hope to go down to mulcahy's later on!!!!

I woke up DH at 12....glad the snow is letting up!!
