So far 2008 SUCKSS!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE

Some of you may remember that my grandmother fell back in Dec, well she just fell again and is now in the hospital in excrutiating pain! They won't give her any pain meds b/c she's all blocked up and hasn't pooped in forever! Shes in tons of pain and wants to just die I knows hes 91 and has lived a fantastic life, but Its still so sad and I don't think my mom can handle any more stress right now.

So onto my mom.....I haven't mentioned anything or asked for prayers because I was remaining optomisitc BUT the doctors found a tumor on my moms pancreas. They performed an endocopy with a needle biopsy but the biopsy came back inconclusive since there was a lot of blood and mucus in it. We go to Sloan Ketterin on Wednesday to see where to go from here!

Please keep my Mommy and Grandma in your prayers!

UPDATE:

My MOM: We went to Sloan Kettering yesterday and we received GREAT NEWS They don't think its cancerous but they want to keep a close eye on it. She goes back in 3 months for a MRI and follow up! What a relief!!!!

My GRANDMA: Shes still not doing so well. They think she had a mini-stroke yesterday and she is still in a lot of pain! Now that my mom knows shes ok, she'll be heading to FL this weekend to go see her.

ETA: If it makes you feel any better about a month ago they found a tumor on my brothers hip bone. They took great care of him at Sloan Kettering, your Mom is in great hands. They took care of everything and answered all questions very fast and effecient.
