So I got a wedding invitation today........

It can't have anything to do with any 'real' type of security. You can't just take your own thumbprint on any type of material and have it used for security purposes. It has to be done in a certain way - it is harder than you think. I needed to get a security clearance from my job and it took a few times for them to a get a 'good' print.

I wouldn't feel comfortable giving it BUT most likely its just for something cute like maybe they will have someone read them? Do people read thumb prints like palms? LOL

yeah i agree. i don't think its for actua security purposes....me thinks she is doing some type of scrapbook or something

my guess is that she's using them on the place cards... i cant imagine WHAT theme that would be for but im guessing its for that..

next thing you know, you'll be framed for murder! (totally kidding, but I still would NOT give my thumb print... I might just be paranoid like that!)

Maybe she has an idea in mind as to her flower theme. With thumb prints, you can easily make any flower. And on top of that, it can be a keepsake of all who attend.Thats just my thought.I think it's an extremely unique idea. Whatever the out come may be.

I think they have to all give blood, urine, and stool samples at the RD, but I'm not sure
