Im not changing mine til after our honeymoon in November ... passport and reservations are in maiden name lol!

took me 6 months too...needed to wait until I had more vacation time, used it all for the wedding and honeymoon!

Heh almost finished with changing my name; I like my husband's last name so much better, couldn't wait to start the name change process!

I've been married 37 days and I am almost done with the process of changing my last name. Just have to go to the DMV and passport.

409 days. No name change. I might not ever legally change my name. I use my maiden name at work and hyphenate socially

I'm confused.. Doesn't your name legally change if you put it on your wedding certificate?

Or are you guys actually talking about going over to SS/passport/dmv?

It doesn't take long just go to DMV with marriage lincense and then to ss office with your new ID less then 2 hours

Don't worry - I've been married 473 days and still haven't changed my name. Figured I'd wait until 600, feels lucky hahaha
