Who's with me? Work is DEAD and I am not feeling 100% yet. My boss told me I can go home if I am not feeling good ... so I think when I go home for lunch, I'll stay home. But for the next three hours or so - I'm here.
Anyone have anything to keep me busy? Games online? Videos I should watch? ANYTHING?

can you watch videos with sound at work? look up john pinette on youtube! he's a stand up comedian and DH and i have been watching him incessantly. he's soooooooo funny!!

Good idea...didn't think of that. I should do that on Friday. Friday will probably be even more dead.

I know - I was thinking of that this morning - we have plans to go to a friends' house for a small party tomorrow night. I feel ok, but coughing a lot ... I'll see how I feel tomorrow I guess.

It's good you can go home early at least...try and rest as much as you can. My DH was in bed most of the weekend, and then stayed home yesterday. I hope he feels better because I don't want to get sick again. I started coughing again this morning. I lost my voice too a couple of weeks ago and it's still a little raspy.

It's just me and my boss, and he will let me leave ... but I don't feel THAT bad and I would feel bad saying I did just to leave, you know? I don't want to take advantage. I do a whole lot of nothing at work and I feel like I shouldn't rock the boat.

That's right, you were sick too. Aw, thanks. Oh, I feel a lot better than I did last week. I'm going to try and rest as much as I can this weekend. I ended up staying home a couple of days the week before...I really needed the rest. I had such a bad cough that lingered and was just so run down...I just don't want it to come back. I had pretty much no voice for a few days....my boss laughed in my face the first time I tried to talk to him. I was like...niiice.
This lady behind me on the train this morning kept coughing all the way in...and I KNOW she wasn't covering her mouth!
