Spinach Lasagna!
Tis is delicious:
Ingredients
no boil lasagna noodles (don't need to cook first!)
2 jars of your favoirite tomato sauce
1 container ricotta (skim)
1 bag of skim mozzerella
1 10 oz box of frozen spinach
Boca Meat (optional)
dried or fresh parsley
dried or fresh basil
minced garlic
1 egg
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, egg, garlic, basil, parsley and thawed/cooked spinach
Alternate the following in your lasagna pan
sauce (on the bottom)
no bake lasagna noodles
cheese mixture
cooked boca meat (if you are using it)
mozzerella cheese
repeat that layer
repeat it again
cover with foil, bake one hour; remove the foil, turn oven to BROIL, and broil for 7 minutes, until cheese gets bubbly and brown.
remove from oven and let it sit for 20 minutes.
It is REDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS.
