spinoff to yogurt --> kefir

for any of the girls who are not yogo-lovers (I force myself to eat it bc its soooooo good for you but I can totally relate to not digging it)....

Have you tried kefir?? Its yogurt-y tasting but more like a smoothie. I just tried strawberry kefir from Lifeway and its delish!

It sounds good- I'd be willing to give it a shot. Where can you buy it? Is it just as good for you as yogurt?
