Re: taking this down sooon...
Erm...no way. No how.I'm not the type to go onto the FB of a person that passed away and write something. But even if I was...it definitely wouldn't be that. But...people say/do weird things when grieving, so it's probably just a lapse of their regular, everyday behavior.

Re: taking this down sooon...
little werid to write that, but as for writing on the facebook page, some people feel a way to still talk to the person and tell them that they miss them.i know someone that passed she was 17 and its a way the family and friends feel like they can talk to her.

Re: taking this down sooon...
I write on a friends FB page still (she passed last June)when I am thinking about her. Her Sister and SO still read it and it makes them feel better knowing that people still love and think about her.BUTTTTTTTT- I would never write Be Well!!!

i totally understand the fact that they wrote on his wall .... it's a way to deal with the griefbut yeah 'be well' is very weird ... i'm thinking it was just a way to end the sentence and he didn't think about it.

Re: taking this down sooon...
its def not appropriate but i can understand when you say something stupid and dont realize it til after the fact.. I remember one time I was at a funeral, and I was soo uncomfortabel and nervous. i never know what to say when someone passes.. Well i went up to the mother and said sorry for your loss.. she said thanks for coming and I said 'No prob, anytime'
WHY THE HECK WOULD I SAY THAT!!!!! I was completely mortified.. I didnt mean that obviously but I was so nervous it just came out like that.. Anywho.. he prob didnt mean to say that and if he saw the post and realized what he said he should have erased it or deleted it.. cause it doesnt make sense.. But i can understand nerves maybe

Some people need to be poked with a flaming hot stick until they learn to think before speaking or typing...
