TEETH WHITENING QUESTION(s)

How many of you girls have had their teeth whitened??? I want to whiten mine just a shade & was wondering if its better to do the plates or the blue light? Ive done the strips but i want something better because i feel like wth the crest strips you have to do them like every 3 months.

Has anyone of you girls had the blue light? How much did it cost? And do you feellike its worth it?

Same questions for teh plates.

I appreciate the help!

Re: TEETH WHITENING QUESTION(s)

DH is a dentist. I kept asking him to do the in-office whitening before the wedding, but he told me to use the Aquafresh trays. He said that they'd work just as well. The wedding was 6 months ago and I haven't had to redo it, yet.

I did them...the one in the dentist office and it was like $500 but I couldnt handle it and only made it through 2 of the 3 cycles...my teeth became really sensitive after but it subsided...the results were amazing!!!

My mom did it and paid like $400. She went somewhere in the city, I could get you the info from her. I've done the strips (didn't like em), the listerine pen (liked it), and the am pm one from Sephora (to me its the best out of the 3)

good question! Now I have some ideas of at home stuff to try instead of forking out another $300 clams at the spa.

Re: TEETH WHITENING QUESTION(s)

I did brite smile not that long ago and my teeth were SUPER white for a while but then all of a sudden they got very yellowed, like worse than before. I don't know why but my dentist says that if you don't commit to doing it every year (or 6 months) it happens.
