what made you choose her above the others that were in your bridal party?
MY MOH she and I have been through so much together. We've been friends since we were 8 years old. She was there for the birth of my children I called her when DH proposed. I had to have her by my side to support when I got married.

ditto! My Moh was my sister and she has helped me in all the planning and she loved coming to wedding meetings with me, it was really cute. I cant imagine anyone else taking her place.

First I chose my sister...but she enlisted in the air force so she couldnt make it to the wedding. The person who took her place was my BF all thru HS...felt right.
I wish I hadnt done that....something told me not to make her my MOH and I didnt listen to it

I had asked a few of my cousins to be my BMs and I couldn't choose one of them over the others to be my MOH. I only stayed in touch with one friend from college and that meant something special to me, I wanted her to be in the BP so I asked her to be my MOH.

She was my sister. But unlike most of the ladies here, I dont feel a strong connection to her and she has a lot of messed up issues. I only chose her b/c it would cause more trouble if I didn't.

like so many others---my MOH was my sister. there was no doubt in my mind that i would have her stand by me that day......she was my rock thru the planning and the big day.

My MOH was my sister just like so many others. She knew that she would always be my MOH because we have always been best friends. When I first told her I was engaged and if she would be my MOH she said no that she wanted to be my flower girl since she never was one. I said she could be my flower girl only if she was my MOH as well. So she was both!

I chose my best friend of 10 years. She is like a sister to me. I do have 2 other 1/2 sisters but they live in Brazil and couldn't get a visa to come. I would've still chosen my best friend over my sisters. She's been there for me way more. XOXOXO Kitty

I had 5 girls in my bridal party. 4 of them were my roommates in college and 1 was a friend of mine since we were 3 years old. I didn't want to pick one of my college friends over the others so I had my friend of 21 years.

my MOH was my SIL (brother's wife)...my 2 brothers made up the rest of my BP....my SIL is the sweetest thing on the planet and has been there thru all the boyfriends, breakups, etc...i tell her more secrets than my bro!
