Third time is a charm???

DH and I may actually have a condo soon! We have already lost out on a couple, and grew very discouraged. But we found one last week, made and offer that was accepted and we now have a contract. (I should be signing it today). All I need now is for the bank to follow through with the mortgage.

I hope this works out! I am getting so excited for DH and I to move out of the basement and have our own place!
