This is nuts...

I was in Ohio this past weekend, Strongsville to be exact (20 miles from Cleveland, about) and on Sunday night, we were all up playing dominos until about 12:30.

The next day, we go to take my BIL to the airport when I see a police officer in there neighbor's driveway. I asked if he was a cop, and BIL said no, but the guy had a friend on the force, so we think nothing of it and go on.

Later that day, we get back, and my SIL is told by a neighbor that the house next to her was burglarized. All that was stolen was a piggy bank, and everything was turned upside down. And it happened around 10pm the night before. We were all in the kitchen with a clear view of the house...how did we not see!??!?!

Anyway...I'm sitting here, straightening up and I have the news on, and there's a report that in the same town, a bunch of teenagers are robbing LEMONADE STANDS!!! At one stand, they got $13 and change.

Is that so nuts??? It's so mean!!!

They did say however that a citizen went to the police station and gave them $20 and told them to give it to the kids that were robbed.

I told SIL since BIL goes away a lot for business she should arm the house. I felt so bad leaving her, I wanted to stay so someone else was in the house. Scary!
