Ugh people!!

So today is my first day back at work and i have people asking me the most stupidest questions ever!!

One guy asked me so how does it feel? It feels great wth i've only been married for 5 days..hello!!

This other guy asked me so are you still counting down? Wth would i be counting down to if the wedding is over with..ugh!!

The same guy asked me so did you go thru with it? Yes douche i did!!!!!

What are some of the most stupidest things people have said to you once you were a NW?

People are stupid, what can I say LOL. I had the same thing happen to me.

And even better- like a week after the wedding I forgot my wedding ring and e-ring. Someone asked me if there was trouble so soon!

Yup. It's so disturbing. Like people really notice those things.

One guy keeps asking me, 'So, are you still married.' When I reply yes, he always asks, 'Happily?'

One of these days, I want to mess with him and see what he does if I tell him, No, actually, our marriage is not happy and it's less than 2 months. Do you think that bodes well for us?

I agree! I tell them it's like eating a York peppermint patty . . . I feel like I'm swooshing down a mountain in the Swiss Alps . . . like those silly old commercials.

Those answers are too funny

How has things changed since you've been married or how does the married life feel? It gets pretty annoying and stupid after awhile. I know it's basic questions to start a convo. But....obviously, you're already married so you're happy and life is great. Or if you told them a gazillion times that you & DH lived together before you were married or been together a few years, why would the relationship feel different since you've married?!! Every time people ask me that, I feel like I'm going through a crisis or seeking marriage counseling. It's never happy questions like oh..so do you and DH cook more? or are you guys planning to have children later on? If so, how many? Or do you guys go out often? Or with friends? Things along that line but it's been a little over a year since we've married and it's still stupid questions- Are you happy with DH? Has anything changed for you guys? Seriously what kinda questions are those???!! I definitely hear ya' some people can be dumb. Just smack them,

WHenever people ask me this (and it hasn't been very long) I say:

We've lived together for 2 years, it feels exactly the same. Blissfully happy. And that it feels great to not be planning a wedding.
