United Mortgage Corp question

Hi everyone,
My husband and I were thinking of using United Mortagage Corp in Hauppauge to get a pre-approval for our first home.

We went to a few banks as well to compare rates, etc. I just wanted to know if anyone has used this company or has any feedback?

Our realtor (who we trust) recommended this mortgage banker, so I am sure it's fine but we wanted to do our research first (hey you never know!)
