It went really well, he agreed with me on all the issues and were going to sit down later today with the other employees to see where they stand and what work they will be doing, but he agreed to give me a raise!!!! I just dont know what yet

so tomorrow I'm going in and asking (sort of telling) my boss for a raise.

Its time, and an employee recently quite (again) and now I'm doing that job again along with my full time position.

I know i have it in me to do the work, it will be harder, and I'll have a lot less down time or slower times, but I don't mind doing it, but I need to be compensated for it.

I'm nervous in the sense that I'm presenting him with a lot of info. I typed up a whole thing with the terms i was hired on for such pay, the job it has become with out additional pay and the $ i want to keep that up, and the job it is about to come and the $ he would need to pay me to do it all.

Needless to say, I'm also planning on telling him I will be looking for a new job should he feel that i should not be compensated in any way.
