we've actually signed a contract with a move-in date for Saturday!! (the 28th) so we're VERY excited!!! We're renting from a friend who has turned very formal on us recently, hence the contract. But, I'd rather the contract, because it will protect us as well as him.

Saw the apartment this past Sunday and they've got the kitchen almost completely done. We were told we could pick out the kitchen cabinets and work surface and wall color and carpets...well, we picked some stuff out, but there are slight variations. At this point I don't care!!!!! I can't wait to sleep in a room that's not filled with all of my worldly possessions in boxes!!!!!
