Ladies I need your advice--I've been putting off my 'rant' because I've been soooo busy but I think that I need to take action (if any) SOON!! I loved my florist from the second I walked in--went in for my sample CP hated it--they made a new one it was AMAZING. I loved it and they took pics and thats exactly what we decided on for the day of. I walked into my room @ Fox Hollow and my Bridal Attendant showed me my CP's---the only thing that resembled my SAMPLE was the SQUARE VASE! There were no candles or rose petals on the table as promised either! My guests loved the CP's but they were not what I ordered!! There were leaves in it too!! I never asked for leaves!!!!!!!! I loved my BoK & BM's BoKs...but completely baffled about the CP's! Would you guys complain or should I just let it go?

Without a doubt, complain. At the very least, give them an opportunity to show their professionalism by trying to make this up to you... at least then you can give a 'full' review including how they handle (very valid) complaints.

Complain. You have every right to and you deserve an explanation from them as to why they got everything right, but screwed up the CPs.

I would simply give them a terrible review on your bridal review....give them a D. Cut and paste the review into an email to whomever handled your account, and let them know that you posted this review to LIweddings, the knot.com, and weddingchannel.com.
Simply tell them how incredibly dissapointed you were, and why. This whole busines is based upon referrals. That's punishment enough

I'd blast em in the review...
I was disappointed in a few things as well, but quite honestly, once the wedding day came, I could care less about ANYTHING other than marrying my DH. And once the wedding was over I definately didn't think twice about the little mistakes. It's all over, nothing left anymore! Excepttttt for your LIW review muahahahhahah

WHOAH, that's pretty outrageous.
Is it just me noticing this? While we were all shopping for florists we all found someone 'amazing', but after the big day about HALF the brides were VERY angry at their florists.... I suspect the florist industry has the diciest reputation on the newlywed board, seconded by the bridal gown shops,,,,
Definitely slam them in your review! '08 and '09 brides shouldn't have to suffer the same fate......
