very sad..

Earlier this week a friend of mine from high school passed away. Last night, tonight, and tomorrow are his services. I went last night. Its just sooooo sad!

26yo man, he had a heart attack. No drugs, no accident. He had heart disease which no one knew or expected bc he's so young. His coranary arteries were completely blocked.. how/why does this happen to a young kid? And no known health issues either, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, he was average weight. Everyone is just in shock.

So I guess my point here is, please take care of yourselves girls. And make your DHs too.

My friend was such a sweet guy. Always smiling and laughing. He will truely be missed.

so sad, there is no explanation how/why these things happen, when I was 26 I had a stroke. I felt health, eat health and exercised everyday, healthy weight. no high blood pressure, no warning signs – turns out that I have a blood condition. Ever since I had a stroke my whole outlook on life has changed – it is so crazy that thing like this happen. so sorry.

It really does make you think and evaluate everything in life. Life can be so unfortunate sometimes and there's no prediction or warning for these things. Makes me even more grateful for everything that I have.

I'm so sorry for your loss!
a friend of mine passed away at 21 after suffering his second heart attack (first one was at 18), he was very healthy and fit.

that happened to one of my friends a few years back. it was a huge shock to everyone
