Does anyone know if it is by law that a company has to give you your tax returns by the 31st of January?? I received them from my job but the 2nd job I had for the wedding has not gotten back to me and it's very annoying!!!

I heard that they have to get it to you by 1/31. I'm still waiting on mine for my work at Citi and my tax documents from my investments. I want to do my taxes!!!!

I used to work as a contractor a few years ago and they didnt 1099 me until like April or May...I never did anything with it.

Oh Gosh...don't say that! I was a contractor at Citi and made most of my $$ from there this past year.

It's annoying I wish they would just get them out. Joe and I are going there on Friday night to eat so hopefully I can be like fork it over!

i am so annoyed dh and i haven't still gotten any of ours (i worked like three jobs last year (one main one and two side ones) we want to get this done with.

Same with DH, he is in the union and he worked for 4/5 different companies throughout the year and he only received from 2 companies so far!
