Since many people are FM'ing me asking - figured I'd share my good news. I have signed contract and am waiting on the mortgage to be completed. The house is in South Bellmore. The owner would like to close by June 1st. I don't want to get too excited - in case something bad happens but it is very exciting and overwhelming at the same time.
Thanks to all the girls here who have helped me with all of their home buying and town shopping tips! This site has been helpful to me. Special thanks to christine1221, Cira, Fletch (for the Tiger!!), Suzanne (my neighbor - :EMO1) and merf - you guys have given me lots of info and guidance!!!!!!

Beautiful my friend lives on LEN and her house looks just like yours! IS that the development you live in its beautiful there, so close to the water

Oh Denise ... I'm so happy for you and the house is so beautiful. It looks so big and it looks like a great comfortable and cozy home that you will create a ton of memories in.
