I am so excited for Rocco's new book but it doesn't come out until March. He has been everywhere showing off his new healthy recipes of classic foods. This was on good morning america yesterday. I made it, and it was really good. I added ground turkey the 99% fat free kind. He has a ton of recipes like this just want to share.
The link is his penne ala vodka recipe w/ no vodka or creme. It tasted like the original.
