We are Going to Jamaica....What to Bring?

I haven't been to the islands in so long... I can't wait. I am trying to make a list of things to pack. We are leave Wednesday.


Ladies please help me out. What do I definately need to bring?

Also we will be there for 5 days is one bathing suit enough. I am wondering if I need more.

I KNEW I should of bought more than one bathing suit. I will be out tomorrow looking for some. I ordered one from Victorias Secret online but where can I go now to pick up before Wednesday....I could just smack myself

Yes bring another suit, don't forget lotion it is expensive there and the sun is real stong. Where you going to stay? I love Jamaica it is my favorite place I have been there about 15 times...no kidding. Even Honeymooned there.

PS When do you leave. I am so excited. I think I am going in January

We are staying in Ocho Rios Jamaica at the Renaissance Jamaica Grande Resort

I hope its nice. I wanted to stay at Sandals but this is where everyone from our group is staying so hubby wanted everyone to be together.

How could I forget suntan lotion. I need to be smack.

The painters are here painting the house. They have to hurry up. I have some shopping to do.

Hubby and I stayed at Jamaica Grande last year and we had a GREAT time - we didn't want to leave!

Shamma's packing list is on point.

I always bring two outfits per day, and I also bring 3-4 bathing suits. I know it sounds like overkill, but I always pack a little more than I need, b/c I dress according to how I feel. Besides, hubby and I love to dress up in the evenings while on vacation.

If you like Dolphins, try to make a trip to the Dolphin Cove (it's a fairly new attraction). We swam with the Dolphins and I was in total awe at how beautiful they are! It's pricey, but worth the experience. Depending on whether you want to just lay by the pool and beach or do some activities inbetween, you will not get bored b/c there is lots to do!

All in all, I think you'll love it there! bring back lots of pictures!

Yes I agree go to Dolphin Cove!! Well worth it! Don't forget to go to climb the falls...oh that reminds me bring water shoes!! You must climb them it is fun and you get great pictures.

I would suggest more than one bathing suit. Plus
*lotion
*toothpaste/tooth brush
*blow dryer (I had a weak dryer in my room during my last visit)
*curling inron
