We finally got our orders and we can't be happier!!

We finally got our orders and we can't be happier!!

We have been really worried that dh would be getting orders to Japan but instead he got orders back to Florida and the best news is that because of the plane he got we never have to move again!

So right now we are getting ready to pack up our home in Texas and Dh will go away for a few months of training and by July we 'hopefully' should be closing on a new home in Northwest Florida. We are looking into the Destin, Ft. Walton, Navarre area and are going househunting there next week! I'm so excitied!

Also Dh got his first pick on his dream sheet of what plane he wanted last friday!

I'm so excitied that we can finally plant some roots and not move anymore!

In 2002 I helped move him from Colorado to PA, then we moved from NY/PA down to Pensacola, Florida and over labor day we moved here to Corpus Christi, Texas! So it is nice that finally we can be settled!

Congrats! I am sure you are so happy to be able to settle in. My friends DH is in the Navy, she has lived in Japan, Hawaii, Maryland and now they are headed back to Japan. So hard, I cannot imagine being that far away.
