With diet recipes for lunch for the whole week. And we each submit one and then follow it for the week. Like today I made broiled turkey burger with steamed broccoli. But now I have no idea what to make for the rest of the week!

That's a great idea. Besides sauteed chicken cutlets with peppers and onions I dont really have many. Sides is where I have the problem. Does anyone know how to make stringbeans?

Mmmm that does sound yummy! I'm having turkey burgers tonight for dinner.
I get the lean ground turkey, add 1 packet of hidden valley ranch mix, a little breadcrumb and make patties and grill them on a grill pan! So flavorful and you don't even realize you're eating turkey!

I usually use frozen and sautee them in a pan with 2 tsp of olive oil and then I slice garlic but add them to the beans at the last minute so the garlic doesn't get bitter.... So yummy!

I stink at steaming but I recently tried the Ziploc Steamer bags that you can find in supermarkets and they work great. I take any fresh vegetable and add some seasonings. It even tells you exactly how long you should microwave them for. They are perfect for weekday dinners.

I bought plastic steaming bags at the grocery store. You just take any fresh vegetable, throw it in the bag, put it in the microwave and it's steamed!

It depends on the veggie. I usually put minced garlic or garlic powder on everything. But I also use 'italian seasonings' alot (its a mix of basil, oregano, rosemary, etc). You also don't have to use any liquid when you use the bag. Its great.
