Hi, just trying to figure out what % of no-shows to expect for a wedding. I'm inviting about 110 guests for an Oct wedding at Westbury Manor and am supposed to guarantee 100 for the Garden room. I do have 10 children and probably about 10 vendors at the wedding. That would bump it up to 120 if 100 show.
Wonder if they would count taht towards the minimum?

it took someone a few months...after hunting them down. she was going through a lot. i had 3 no shows

are you talking about no shows or people declining your invite? If you guarantee 100 then invite at least 130.

Right?...it doesn't sound like you're talking about no shows...it sounds more like you're asking how many to invite to cover your min.
We had the same room our min was 110. We ended up being under and we invited approx 145. We ended up with 100 people and had to include vendors and children to make our min. It bit having to pay full price for vendors and children, but it all worked out in the end.
Oh...to answer your question, yes, WM will include vendors and children to cover your min.
